About me…

Hi, I'm Abbi.

Thank you for being here. It truly means so much that you've taken the time to explore my work.

For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to people. To listening beneath the words. To noticing what the body is holding. To creating spaces where others feel safe enough to simply be themselves.

Over the years, I've come to believe that healing doesn't begin when we find something new—it begins when we remember what has always been within us.

At the heart of my work is one simple belief:

Healing begins when we start to look at ourselves wholly.

Not just as a body, a mind, or a nervous system, but as a whole person—body, mind, heart, spirit, and energy. When we begin to see ourselves this way, we shift from asking, "What's wrong with me?" to wondering, "What is my body trying to tell me? What wisdom is waiting to be heard?" That curiosity creates space for healing to unfold.

My own journey has shaped this philosophy.

A transformative journey through Nepal awakened something within me and redirected my life toward work that felt deeply aligned with my soul. Since then, I have devoted myself to the study of yoga, Yoga Nidra, sound healing, and shamanic energy work. Becoming a Shamanic Energy Practitioner expanded my understanding of the relationship between energy, the body, and the natural world, while my continued study of nervous system regulation has deepened the way I support those I work with today.

These practices are not separate in my eyes. They are different pathways leading toward the same place: a deeper relationship with yourself.

Everything I offer is rooted in the intention of creating a supportive sanctuary where your body can soften, your nervous system can find safety, and your own inner wisdom can emerge. I don't believe my role is to heal another person. Rather, I believe my role is to gently hold the conditions where healing can naturally unfold through presence, rhythm, relationship, and remembrance.

Home for me is the beautiful Heber Valley, where the mountains continually remind me of nature's wisdom and the importance of living in rhythm with the seasons. More than any title I hold, I am a mother, and that role has become one of my greatest teachers. It has shown me the beauty of slowing down, listening deeply, embracing imperfection, and trusting life's unfolding.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll likely find me with a warm cup of coffee, reading a good book, listening to live music, wandering a mountain trail, or sitting beside the river. These simple moments continually remind me that healing is rarely found in striving—it is most often found in slowing down enough to remember who we truly are.

It is an honor to walk alongside those who feel called to this work. Whether you are seeking rest, reconnection, healing, or simply a place to exhale, my hope is that you feel welcomed here exactly as you are.

Because I don't believe healing is about becoming someone new.

I believe it's about remembering the wholeness that has always been within you.
